The SCAE has managed to negotiate a very special rate for particularly budget-conscious attendees at June’s Wonderful Coffee 2008 event in Copenhagen—a rate that allows the possibility of bringing in additional staff or baristas at a very competitive price: a mere DKK 175 (or about €24) per night.

The SCAE has blocked 200 beds, from June 19 to 22, at the Danhostel Copenhagen City, which occupies a former multi-storey office building with an exceptional view of the city's green copper spires and the harbour. The hostel has been completely refurbished, with 1,020 beds in 192 rooms, all with bathrooms and toilets. The modern, new hostel will accommodate all types of guests: families, singles, couples and groups. Young travellers in particular will find the opportunity to stay in central Copenhagen at an affordable price very attractive.

The block is only reserved between June 19 and 22, but you can order additional nights if availability allows. Note: You will have to be a member of the hostel association (membership fee DKK 35 or €4.69), to take advantage of this offer, but, if you sign in as a group it is sufficient that the group leader has a membership (at DKK 70 or €9.39). You can become a hostel association member when you arrive.
