Vending operator Coffee Nation sold to management in buyout

Primary Capital, the operator of Coffee Nation, in early April sold the firm to its management and to buyout firm Milestone Capital Partners for £25m (€31.7m), a Bloomberg report said.Coffee Nation has vending outlets at 550 UK locations, including inside a number of supermarket and retail chain stores.
