Costa’s 53rd outlet marks largest presence outside UK

UK-based roaster/retail chain Costa Coffee in mid-February opened its 53rd outlet in the United Arab Emirates, giving that nation the most Costa shops outside of the British Isles, according to local reports.

Costa, which currently has over 800 outlets in 19 countries, plans to continue its growth in the UAE, a spokesperson was quoted as saying.
